An
Intake Assessment to Begin Services
An Intake Assessment appointment
is required to begin services or to get a professional
opinion about whether services might be helpful to
you. Assessments are available to residents of Livingston
County, Michigan. If you are:
- 18
years of age or older, you must request services
voluntarily.
- 13
years of age and under, your parent or guardian
must consent to services.
- an
adolescent, 14 years of age or older, you
may request short-term services on your own,
but it's usually encouraged that a parent or
guardian be involved.
